ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for planning, communicating, and implementing procedures in accordance with director.
Observe all activities of guests and employees on the casino floor, cage, change booths, and count rooms via the closed circuit television system for criminal activity and/or violation of the state gaming commission regulations and the company policies and procedures.
Videotape activities where appropriate and report observations to appropriate company and state officials.
Record surveillance activity in daily log.
Responsible for regular and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including but not limited to, resolving minor guest disputes and assist in ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees.
Knowledge of all special events and promotional activities available to guest.
Other duties as assigned.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The position is responsible to the Surveillance Shift Supervisor for successful performance of assigned duties.

Closed office environment. Casino environment exposed to various temperatures, smoke, dust and fumes, bright lights, and excessive noise levels. May include boat and/or floating barge. ESSENTIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES
Ability to work shifts as scheduled.
Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions
Knowledge of CCTV equipment and multiplayers
Knowledge of casino games and internal controls
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS
Must have or be able to obtain a valid State Gaming License and Responsible Vendor card. The ability to obtain and maintain any licenses, permits, insurance, or indemnifications necessary for the completion of duties and responsibilities associated with this position or for the protection of the Company’s assets, employee or patrons.
