Bondi Sushi is looking for Maki Chefs!!
Compensation: $17.00 per hour plus tip sharing (negotiable based on experience)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items to specifications
- Knowledge of current menu, specials, 86’d items, etc.
- Follow all DOH standards
- Be ready and willing to assist other members of the team as needed
- Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Basic Knife Skills
- Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and Practices
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude under pressure
