Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and optimize daily routes for technicians
- Monitor technician performance and provide inside customer service
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Resolve any service issues or customer situations in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Call/Text/Email to confirm all services with customers on a daily basis
- Answer phone & email questions, log and return in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in route management or logistics preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and route planning software
