Responsibilities: - Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting tables and preparing dining areas for service - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to maximize sales - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently - Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment - Assist with food preparation and plating as needed - Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests Requirements: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service - Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other servers - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
