**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Rep to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer service duties such as order processing, customer notifications and follow-up, sample-tracking and various customer related procedures ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Duties:**
- order entry thru final delivery according to customer service policies and procedures
- Escalateing customer inquiries and complaints to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in regular training sessions for the customer service team as applicable
-Sample tracking , notifications and follow -ups.
**Qualifications:**
- Team player
- Well spoken, organized and detail orientated.
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus
