Lead Customer Service Representative:

Responsibilities:
- Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general
questions
- Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Scheduling
- File maintenance
- Data entry
Requirements:
: Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Computer skills
- Timekeeping
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to utilize multi-line phone
- Strong communication skills
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Able to handle dogs on leashes
- Display professional manner at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
