- Communicate and coordinate with conference/event representatives and vendors
- Basic administrative work such as emailing, answering a phone, and faxing Scanning and filing the documents
- Create a sales report
- Organize prices with clients and contractors
- Other supportive/ administrative duties
- Order processing between clients in Japan and vendors in the US.
- Return goods processing (from clients to vendors)
- Issuing PO and checking AR transactions.
- Speak with clients, listening to their needs and presenting ideas and solutions
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bilingual Japanese/English is a big plus
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office( Excel, Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
- Detail Oriented.
- Highly responsible person
- Exceptional customer service & problem-solving
- Self-motivation, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and accept new challenges
- Working in the office within varying team environments
- Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
