Completing projects for signage, branding implementation, as well as construction services. Seeking admin asst/proj coordinator to handle scheduling and coordination of sign/construction manufacturing and installation projects. Must be able to communicate with both client base and sub-contractor base. Individual will be responsible for administrative duties including completion of permitting applications, contact with property owners for approvals and correspondence with town officials. Individual will also deal with in house techs for completion of local projects, downloading of all compiled information and final close out of jobs. Individuals with architectural, construction or sign industry experience is a must. Ability to read basic construction dwgs. and professional phone manner a must. Must be able to handle fast paced environment with deadlines and must be willing to learn. . Individual must be able to perform in small office atmosphere.
