At Halpin and Associates/Start Bright we value teamwork and collaboration. After providing only Speech and Language therapy for the past decade, we have begun to provide our own Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a new ABA therapy provider within the Troy area, we are seeking a motivated technician to join our team as we continue to grow and develop our ABA program. Training is provided by our Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), so no experience is required. If you are interested in working with children and being apart of this amazing new experience, we welcome all applicants.
After 3 months of employment, all technicians will receive RBT training and encourage to complete the RBT certification by their 6-month review. Upon passing, technicians will receive a raise.
After 6 months of employment, we offer technicians to do clerical work within the center when their client cancels to subset the loss of hours. Rate and number of hours able to work will be discussed upon the technician’s 6-month review.
Starting pay rate depends on experience/education. Yearly raises and performance reviews will be given.
This opportunity would be great for a Practicum Student looking to gain hours towards their Master’s program. As a practicum student, you will work directly with our BCBA to gain hours and will have ample opportunities to develop programs and help build the program.
