JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Scheduler is responsible for managing one or more schedules for large scale Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Entertainment construction projects.
The selected candidate will independently develop, assess, and maintain quality-controlled project schedules for review by the Project Manager(s), Director(s), and Executive(s), as well as oversee and mentor junior level schedulers.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develops project schedules independently and in collaboration with other team members.
- Updates schedule with information collected from Jingoli personnel, subcontractors, project reporting, and independent walk-downs.
- Analyzes project plans and performance
- Develops what-if scenarios to support decision making.
- Prepares & distributes schedule baselines, updates, narratives, and reporting.
- Ensures compliance with division scheduling procedures and industry best practices.
- Mentors and monitors subordinate schedulers.
Qualifications
- 10 years of construction scheduling experience preferred.
- Nuclear Experience a plus
- Project planning experience.
- Oracle P6 proficiency
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings & specifications.
