Accountable to lead regional transformation securing that the knowledge and competency needed are in place and well adopted. Adding value of the transformation is key for success.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to set and define S.M.A.R.T. Regional Targets from his domain of responsibility

Secure that the right actions are in place for downstream and upstream performance improvement

Assure that targets are achievable and be the support to the plants to create the action plan/ pipeline of the actions

Process and Tools (Kinaxis CSF Module)

Single Point of contact of Global subject matter expert

Regional domain expert leader
-
Transformation
-
Lead the transformation
- Hold hands with the BU Planning expert to secure adoption of the new tools

SPS (Schneider Performance System)
-
Region readiness on specific domain
-
Perform audit
-
Performance Review
-
Be active and provide feedback on performance review from the key positions on supply chain organization at the plant level
Competencies:
-
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts. Proven ability to work in a team environment between the functions of Manufacturing Operations, and interact regularly with planning leader and regarding goals and accomplishments

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as attention to detail
-
Possess analytical and technical planning skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities

Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive team leader who welcomes challenges

Proven leadership skills to drive simplicity and decision making in a complex organization
Qualifications:
Qualifications/Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Operations, or Business
-
Minimum 5 years of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Vendor Forecasting,
-
Experience with Kinaxis, SAP
-
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-
Was a Demand Planner (+ 5 Years)
