We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our business consulting firm. We provide cutting-edge promotional customer service and sales strategies for our clients to generate brand awareness, create excitement and increase sales.
The Customer Service Associate’s main objective is to form relationships with consumers, raise brand awareness for our client’s mission, and deliver engaging presentations to increase new customer acquisition, sales and revenue for our client. The Customer Service Associate is a front-facing position working hands-on with clientele and consumers; therefore, this role is critical to the growth and exposure of our client and customer service team.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Meet with consumers and deliver presentations to increase sales, brand awareness and revenue for our client
- Build relationships and educate consumers on new products and services through informative and educational presentations
- Through compelling messaging and customer service campaigns, generate awareness, drive sales, and increase enrollment for our client
- Accurately notate, complete, and file enrollment and sales forms using a high level of discretion while working with confidential information
- Work with the Senior Sales Manager to stay updated on products, service packages, compliance policies, and enrollment policy changes
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- No experience is necessary as complete one-on-one training and mentorship are provided to each team member
- Must be comfortable working in a dynamic and client-facing position as the Customer Service Associate is a client-facing type role
- You are passionate about working in a front-facing role and working with the public
- You are timely and dependable and possess a reputation as being a reliable asset to the teams you work with
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high level of emotional intelligence that allows you to build relationships with various types of people
- Extremely professional behavior and always strives to put their best foot forward

Pay: $750.00 - $1,300.00 per week
