Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Positioning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and values.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our brewery and restaurants, including brand positioning, product marketing, and promotional campaigns across all channels, both online and offline.
Marketing and Sales Planning and Execution:
Lead the development of annual marketing plans, encompassing product launches, promotions, and events.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in marketing and sales.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to expand our distribution network and increase sales volume.
Manage all aspects of sales, including establishing sales targets, forecasting revenue, and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Digital Marketing
Drive the digital marketing strategy, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Monitor and optimize online presence, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.
Product and Menu Promotion
Collaborate with the brewing and culinary teams to create compelling promotions for new beer releases and menu items.
Develop strategies to showcase the unique aspects of our brewpub and brewery offerings.
Public Relations and Community Engagement:
Cultivate relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and maintain a positive public image.
Spearhead community engagement initiatives, supporting local events and partnerships.
Market Research and Consumer Insights:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
Gather and analyze consumer insights to shape marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong return on investment.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the craft brewing or hospitality industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in brand development, product promotion, and community engagement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
This position may include frequent interruptions, working alone, evening work, and working long hours during peak periods. This position will also require travel from time to time.
