Business Development & Procurement Position
Local auction company looking for a positive go-getter to help grow our business. This person should possess outstanding sales experience, honed customer service skills and a passion for creating great business partnerships! We are searching for someone with a proven history of business growth who can grow our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts to increase auction sales. Qualified candidates will be outgoing, reliable, organized and self-motivated.

Job Duties:
Identify and establish contact with potential customers
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Attend industry events to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
Attend monthly meetings to plan and coordinate sales effort
Provide after-sales service for the duration of a merchant relationship and solicitation of prospective bidders for industry specific items
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years outside sales experience and/or B2B sales
Minimum 1 year of sales cold calling
Preferred Qualifications:
College Degree in related field
Knowledge and Experience with formal government proposals/bids
Job Type: Full-Time
Monday – Friday position, 9am-6pm
Compensation decided upon employment. Base pay with potential for performance based bonuses.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
