We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills:
- Computer literacy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software programs
- Personal assistant skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, and coordinate schedules effectively
- Customer service skills: Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Front desk experience: Ability to handle high-volume phone calls and manage visitor inquiries efficiently
