**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations. **Responsibilities:** - Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. - Maintain and organize schedules using Outlook Calendar. - Assist in document management, including preparing, editing, and sending documents using DocuSign. - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Utilize computer literacy to navigate various software programs. - Support executives as a personal assistant in various administrative tasks. - Familiarity with phone systems to handle calls effectively. - Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks. - Conduct proofreading to ensure accuracy in written communications. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as an Assistant or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
