Responsibilities:

agnose and troubleshoot
chnical issues related to windows and doors.
* Collaborate with the technical support team to provide comprehensive solutions.
* Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a smooth resolution of issues and address any queries they might have.
* Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
* Track and report frequency of service inquiries with itemized details of needs
* Pack and ship warranty materials.
* Occasional light to moderate lifting is required.
* Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a technical support role or similar customer service position
*Minimum *3 years of industry experience or related experience is required.
* Must be computer proficient including Microsoft Office & Excel
* Must have excellent organization and planning skills.
* Must be able to take direction.
* Must be able to provide direction.
* Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
* Capacity to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
* Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
* Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to windows and doors.
