PART TIME & FULL TIME opportunities available
We are seeking a multiple friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing the reception area and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for handling bookings, payments, and customer inquiries, while maintaining the welcoming ambiance of our wellness space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide information about our services, facilities, and wellness programs.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Promote wellness programs and membership packages.
- Booking & Scheduling:
- Manage reservations for hot yoga classes, massage therapy, acupuncture sessions, and steam & sauna appointments.
- Use scheduling software to book, modify, and confirm appointments.
- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
- Administrative Duties:
- Operate the front desk, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle transactions accurately.
- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.
- Assist with inventory management of supplies and retail products.
- Hospitality & Maintenance:
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Monitor the cleanliness and readiness of all service areas, including yoga studios, treatment rooms, and common areas.
- Provide guests with towels, robes, and other amenities as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a tranquil and inviting environment for all guests.
- Software Proficiency:
- Use booking and scheduling software efficiently (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Adapt to new technologies and systems as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality, wellness, or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a wellness, spa, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software systems.
- Passionate about wellness and providing exceptional guest experiences.
