Fitzsimmons Home Medical Equipment is currently seeking a full-time entry Respiratory Equipment Account Manager to join our team! Fitzsimmons is an independently owned and operated medical equipment provider offering a full range of healthcare products for patients in their homes for over 90 years. We have an established reputation in the area for our high level of service that differentiates us from our competitors.
- Shift: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Primary Responsibilities Summary:
The Account Manager position is a great opportunity for an energetic, ambitious individual to use their talents and expand their professional skills in an essential industry by promoting the rental or medical equipment and services to marketing referrals sources.
- Conduct daily sales calls and visits in the field to maintain and establish business with referral sources within local hospitals, clinics, and doctor offices.
- Validates and develops a call plan to achieve strategic goals.
- Enters call plan, direct marketing visits and log all activity into CRM system.
- Educates referral sources on product offerings and insurance qualifications.
- Educate and train patients on use of medical equipment.
- Communicates and explains insurance guidelines, pricing, and product information to referral source.
- Periodically deliver or pickup equipment and supplies if immediate expediting is required.
- Participate in ongoing development and training.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A four-year college degree is required, equivalent experience will be considered.
- 1 year of related sales experience within the healthcare industry.
- Must posses a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Geographically located in assigned near the territory.
- Ambitious, goal-orientated, and organized.
- Must be highly motivated, goal orientated and flexible.
- Must have strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.
- Minimum physical requirements are the ability use hands to write, use a computer and mobile device and occasionally lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs.
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Pay: Entry Level, commensurate with experience
