Applicant must hold a PhD in geology, oceanography, or a related discipline.
Overview
Principal responsibilities include (1) reconstructing past global and regional changes in sea level and the drivers of sea level change, (2) writing papers and making presentations describing this research, and (3) identifying and supporting the development of new research and evaluation of projects and external funding opportunities, including writing grant proposals. In addition, the candidate will have opportunities to contribute to teaching and mentoring within the undergraduate and graduate programs in Earth and Planetary Sciences.
