Daebak Trading was founded in 2004 and is a wholesale company specializing in East Asian Beauty products, Supplements, and Food.
We launched our first online retail operation in 2023 selling Korean beauty products and have been growing rapidly.
This is an entry-level, 1099 position. Hours are 9-5PM, Monday through Friday to start, with the option to grow into a full-time position with benefits for the right candidate.
We are a fast-growing eCommerce company looking for a flexible, detail-oriented, and open-minded individual with skills in customer service. This person will be asked to execute based on the growing and ever-changing needs of the business.
Our administrative assistant will be working closely with the Chief Operations Officer to do the following core tasks:
- Respond to customer messages
- Manage refund requests
- Respond to product reviews
- Process customer return packages
- Place reorders for office, shipping, kitchen, and bathroom supplies
- Keep the office space and reception area tidy and organized
- Receive guests and deliveries
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
