SUMMARY
Orthotic & Prosthetic Specialties is seeking a person for part-time Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This person will be responsible for checking patients out of the office, gathering needed documentation, covering the front desk, and answering phones. The ideal candidate must be accustomed to working in a busy medical office and must be able to multi-task.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet patients, check patients in and out of office
- Answer phones, direct calls, enter messages
- Update patient files
- Collect patient balances
- Schedule patient appointments
- light office cleaning duties
- Other office duties
SKILLS
- Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred
- Must be able to multi-task
