Restaurant Manager
Overview:
At our company, we are dedicated to managing senior living communities that prioritize exceptional programming, authentic management, and compassionate staff. We are currently seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead the dining operations at our senior living community.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage kitchen staff, servers, and other restaurant employees to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Implement and maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with regulations.
- Develop and update menus in collaboration with culinary team to meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices and uphold our service excellence standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless dining experiences for residents.
Skills:
- Proven experience in kitchen management and hospitality management.
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus.
- Strong background in food production, inventory control, and food service management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in banquet operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team management.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
