As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by assembling electrical components and equipment. Working closely with our engineering and production teams, you will ensure that all electrical assemblies meet the required standards for quality, functionality, and safety. Your responsibilities will include interpreting electrical schematics, performing assembly tasks, conducting tests, and troubleshooting electrical systems. You will collaborate with the team to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
Location: Aston, PA
Your Challenge:
Interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings to assemble electrical components and equipment accurately.
Perform electrical assembly tasks, including wiring, soldering, mounting, and connecting electrical components.
Conduct tests and inspections to verify the functionality and quality of electrical assemblies.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify and resolve any issues or defects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the assembly process.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet production targets and timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, including work orders and inspection reports.
Assist in the development and improvement of assembly procedures and processes.
Your Expertise:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical assembly or a similar role.
Experience with wiring, soldering, and assembling electrical components.
Familiarity with electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
Proficiency in electrical assembly techniques and tools.
