```Duties:```
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Sort and categorize documents according to established filing systems
- Retrieve files as requested by staff and clients
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled and stored
- Assist with file audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic storage
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
