Villa Property Management is seeking 2 experienced maintenance technicians for multiple Apartment communities in the Portland Metro area.
The Roving Maintenance Technician will serve a crucial role by filling in vacancies created by vacations, emergencies and turnovers. The Roving Maintenance Technician will be working closely with the entire maintenance team on special projects and routine building maintenance.
The Roving Maintenance Technician/Painter will serve a crucial role as lead painter for Villa Property Management's portfolio of multifamily properties. The Roving Maintenance Technician/Painter will be working closely with the entire maintenance team on turnover and general painting projects.

The maintenance technician’s primary role be to support the on-site manager by ensuring site safety and completion of required property maintenance necessary to maintain excellent curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the properties on a scheduled basis.
We are looking for a maintenance technician who can carry out basic repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and electrical. Turnover painting skills a must.
Must have good organization and time management skills.
· 2 years previous apartment maintenance experience with an emphasis on turnovers and painting.
· High school diploma or GED
· Attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Must own or have access to properly insured vehicle for use in business transportation needs; maintain a valid driver's license and insurance.
· Time management skills
· Ability to follow directions working alone or with a team.
· Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, drywall repair,
· Available for afterhours calls.
· Ability to lift 60 pounds.
· Knowledge of and adherence to local and federal landlord, tenant, and fair housing laws.
· Work efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
· Completing work orders in a timely fashion.
· Assist in turning vacant units over.
· Electrical, plumbing, painting and drywall, basic carpentry
· Daily grounds to ensure curb appeal.
· Cleans and organizes shop.
· Performing all duties assigned by property management or supervisor.
· Perform routine preventative maintenance.

· Hourly rate: $24-$28 DOE
Phone and mileage reimbursements.
· Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekly contracted hours: 40
