Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving our overall marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop Strategies: Create, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Content Creation: Design, write, and curate high-quality content, including images, videos, graphics, and copy for social media posts, stories, and ads.
Community Engagement: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns and promotions, analyzing their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments.
Marketing Responsibilities:
5. Content Marketing: Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely publication of blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.
SEO and SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media and marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
Collaboration: Work closely with the graphic design, sales, and product teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
Demonstrable experience with social media management and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, HubSpot).
Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
