Primary Responsibilities
· Services patients and guests with compassionate high quality customer care to patients
· Facilitate efficient and complete patient registration
· Verify Insurance benefits
· Schedule and manage patient appointments and follow-up utilizing scheduling applications
· Answer incoming calls, able to ascertain medical emergencies and transcribe
· Assists providers on a day to day secretarial and receptionist basis to support clinical work flow.
· Maintain and organize patient charts and billing packets
· Transcribe, correspond, and complete forms for insurance coverage purposes
· Daily summaries and hand offs to manager
We are looking for structured, detail-oriented, resourceful, flexible, multi-tasking individuals who will maintain a pleasant atmosphere and work environment.
Entry Level Position, Willing to On-site train.
Preferred: individuals with 1 year experience in reception and scheduling.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
