Guest Service Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction along with fast and attentive service
- Be able to exercise professionalism during stressful situations which may arise
- Maintain store presentation and Brand Standards
- Effectively and efficiently execute daily tasks
- Uphold Thorntons Core Values
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills are a must
- Be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willing and able to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
