Position Title: Contact Center Representative (Temp to Hire)
Position Summary: Join our team as a Contact Center Representative where you will play a crucial role in providing counseling, crisis intervention, and referral services to clients seeking health and human services. Your compassionate approach will ensure clients receive the support and resources they need while advocating on their behalf.
Payrate: $20/hr
Onsite training in Clearwater, FL for 3 weeks then will transition too fully remote!
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Answer incoming calls to assess client needs and provide intake, assessment, and referral services promptly and effectively.
- Counseling and Crisis Intervention: Offer supportive counseling and crisis intervention services to clients in distress, ensuring they receive immediate support.
- Advocacy: Advocate for clients by collaborating with external agencies to secure necessary services and support.
- Resource Referral: Guide clients by referring them to various services including childcare, financial assistance, healthcare, mental health counseling, legal aid, housing, and more.
- Database Management: Utilize DATABASE PLATFORM Network to input, access, and retrieve client information accurately.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to the quality review of Call Center Operations to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company objectives.
- Compliance: Adhere to all organizational policies, practices, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.
Job Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and solve problems, handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data entry, email, recordkeeping, database management, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Education: Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Certifications: AIRS I & R, CIRCS-A on Aging Certification preferred; must acquire certification within two years of employment.
- Experience: Six months to one year of related experience in counseling, social services, or customer service preferred.
