Our main office is located in Hyannis, MA--however the Senior Director of Operations and Quality Assurance office could be located in Plymouth, MA, if preferred.
GENERAL SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Director of Operations and Quality Assurance to join our team.
As the Senior Director, you will act as the operational leader under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, to develop and implement both short and long-term strategies and tactics to promote excellence in program operations and outcomes. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
In collaboration with our first-class team, the Senior Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of service delivery programs and clinical practice in the organization, and to ensure we are meeting the requirements and protocols of all the agencies we work with.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
- Implement day to day operations that align with organizational goals
- Ensure the agency has proper operational controls and reporting procedures to ensure operating efficiency
- Facilitate cross departmental collaboration and strengthen internal communications among staff
- Act as HIPAA Compliance Officer
- Oversee Service Delivery Departments and Clinical Needs
- Support PBS Leadership and Human Rights Committees
- Cultivate clarity, trust, and accountability across the organization and all of its constituents
Quality Assurance
- Ensures the day-to-day agency wide compliance with DDS Licensure and Certification standards and company regulations.
- Liaisons with DDS Office of Quality Enhancement throughout Licensure and Certification assessment process.
- Plan as well as evaluate services, help change QA scores from negative to positive through targeted action.
- Implement systems to improve agency wide knowledge of and adherence to standards

EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least five years supervisory experience in an agency serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required), Master’s Degree Preferred
