Patient Services Representative

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients and other callers in our call center with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage patient inquiries and appointments over the phone.
- Utilize medical terminology accurately to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining patient records and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient service delivery.
- Handle urgent care situations promptly and efficiently.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in a call center in a doctors office
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in patient services is preferred.
