- Assist in managing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns effectively.
- Support night audit procedures to maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain phone etiquette standards when interacting with guests and handling reservations.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front office.
- Assist in training and supervising front desk staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality management policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel management role is preferred.
- Proficiency in bilingual communication is a plus.
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
