Product Analyst Position Summary*
Join the Eligibility AI team at DentalXChange to partner with Product & Engineering on enhancing the eligibility and benefit workflow for dental offices, dental service organizations, and our partners. Dentists rely on DentalXChange for accurate, easy to consume, and uniform eligibility data to accurately prepare treatment plans with ease. Using the power of AI, our platform analyzes multiple eligibility data sources to enable these workflows. As a Product Analyst, you will be instrumental in uncovering insights, creating data mappings, and improving the data pipelines of our various data sources within Eligibility AI. This role reports to the Head of Product and works directly with the Product Manager and Development Manager for Eligibility AI.

What You'll Be Doing as a *Product Analyst
- Source eligibility and benefit data from EDI, faxback, and payer portal sites to create data mappings, normalize responses, and work closely with technical teams to implement.
- Partner with the Product & Engineering team to identify the best data source for each dental insurance payer and continuously research market trends to influence the product roadmap.
- Meticulously document data workflows and conduct User Acceptance Testing with technical teams for each payer onboarded to the Eligibility AI product.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to track a detailed payer roadmap with statuses, estimated availability dates, and a backlog of payers in the pipeline for implementation.
- Build relationships with dental offices and DSOs to gain data source access.
- Evaluate implemented payers for accuracy, continuously improving data workflows.
- Partner with prospective clients on data analysis during the sales process to portray the value of the Eligibility AI solution.
- Analyze market trends, facilitate user feedback collection, and triage customer escalations regarding eligibility data discrepancies.

What You'll Bring to the Team as a Product Analyst*
- 3+ years of experience in the dental eligibility and benefits space, either in a dental office (or similar), dental insurance payer, or dental technology company. You should be able to look at a raw eligibility response and understand intricate details within minutes – this is non-negotiable.
- 3+ years of professional experience at a technology or similar company.
- An extreme degree of attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned during the mapping process and the willingness to provide detailed documents to the technical teams.
- The ability to own and execute on a pipeline of tasks and drive delivery of the backlog to deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication – you can communicate equally in writing as you can in a meeting to convey requirements and maintain delivery timelines.
- Resilient project management skills and the desire to move the needle forward in the dental eligibility and benefits space with a passion for improving efficiency for our customers.
- A track record of being a star player in a team of individual contributors.
- This role does not require any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or software development skills. You will be responsible for feeding the data to technical teams for implementation into the product.
