We’re dedicated to building the next-gen real estate solutions powered by AI, with a current focus on delivering a frictionless experience end to end for renters and compelling economics for property owners. We have strong and accelerating momentum, having grown 7x in the last 3 years despite the tough environment for startups and the aggressive interest rate hikes negatively impacting the real estate market. We are seeking front-end engineers passionate about building user interfaces that delight users while being scalable and secure. The ideal candidates will be self-driven with a solid foundation in front-end development and a proven track record of shipping high-quality web applications. The specific level will depend on the candidate’s experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user needs and design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces.

Develop, test, optimize and deploy front-end applications using modern web technologies.

Produce high-quality code and documentation for front-end processes and architectures.

Take on a technical leadership role within a team, across teams, and up to company level.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies, especially new developments in front-end frameworks and methodologies, and spearhead the adoption of the latest technologies to improve our solutions.

Proactively discover new approaches to enhance user experience and solve business challenges with innovative front-end solutions.

3+ years of experience as a front-end engineer. Experience in shipping SaaS products or Internet services is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in programming in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience in integrating front-end applications with back-end services and APIs.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Strong leadership and ability to communicate effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment that optimizes for quick iterations.
Capability for technical innovation, willingness to share knowledge, and help elevate the team’s technical level.

The estimated annual base salary for this role is $150,000 - $250,000.
