Sr Global Compensation Analyst (Remote)

$125-$135hr (Weekly pay + Benefits)
6 month contract (Good potential for extension)
Full-time M-F 8am- 5pm

Responsibilities
- Under direction of our Global Compensation Director, lead compensation-related projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams on compensation-related projects and enablement
- Support Workday configurations and data integrity:
- Workday Survey Management: Create and maintain list of Radford survey codes based on jobs. Clean up employee list and assign Radford job codes
- Data audit: Employee details: job families, compensation plans, Job profile
- Generate EIBs and audit
- Assist with annual merit cycle configurations
- Refine standardized reports for stakeholders
- Create Intranet content for Compensation: General compensation information (Total Reward and company)for both employees and managers
- Market data assistance: Market price and level new jobs as needed. Perform ad-hoc job evaluations using qualitative research: reviewing job descriptions, analyzing internal and external data
- Review and document various compensation policies
- Partner on compensation training: Creating content. Create ticket templates
- Assist with ad-hoc compensation-related matters
Requirements
- 8+ yres of experience in Global Compensation
- 5+ yrs recent experience with Workday advanced compensation and HCM
- Must have experience and understanding of India compensation
- Experience with Workday Survey Management: Radford compensation; Create and maintain list of Radford survey codes based on jobs; Clean up employee list and assign Radford job codes;
- Experience with Workday maintenance, configuration, data integrity and audit
- Experience to assist with annual merit cycle configurations
- Experience with Data audit: Employee details: job families, compensation plans, job profile etc.
- Requires Excel skills; Intermediate to Advance supporting index match at the minimum and other key functions
- Experience with survey submissions.
- Experience to manage compensation survey submissions: annual & quarterly trends
- Experience in MENA (Middle East and North American and APAC compensation practices is a plus
- Collaborative and experience working with cross-functional teams
