Position Overview:
Grants Management Specialist position within Department of Transportation Office of the Chief Information Officer’s Applications and Digital Solutions Group.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and develop data visualizations using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

Develop scheduled and ad hoc reports utilizing grants management data.

Develop and implement strategies for executing sprint cycles and conduct sprint reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders. Develop and document functional requirements that accurately reflect their business needs.

Evaluate and document business processes in cross-functional flowcharts. Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Research and advise on regulations and policies related to grants management.

Research and advise on regulations and policies related to procurement integrity and the acquisition lifecycle.

Develop weekly status reports for various stakeholder groups.

Document meeting minutes and action items.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience with Tableau and/or other data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Grants Management Experience
