The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Assist with special projects as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
