Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Employee Training Coordinator to join our team. As an Employee Training Coordinator you will be responsible for providing training and guidance to individuals or groups, helping them achieve their goal of becoming a special police officer in Washington DC.
Duties:
- Oversee all daily training operations.
- Maintain applicant scheduling for classes.
- Present training content to applicants for study and review.
- Administer test and monitor applicants.
- Assess results of test and consult with applicant on areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure availability.
- Other duties as needed.
