The Role:
As a Stretch Therapist at Osteopathic Healing Hands, you will be instrumental in delivering top-tier stretch therapy, using your expertise to improve client health and well-being. This position is ideal for those passionate about making a significant impact on their clients' lives, equipped with exceptional technical and interpersonal skills, and driven to take initiative in propelling the practice’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional stretch therapy, ensuring clear instructional communication and a personalized approach to meet client needs.
- Conduct detailed client pre-screenings and assessments, accurately document findings, and track progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Actively participate in the development and execution of marketing materials and initiatives to attract new clients.
- Boost package sales through strong client relationships and clear value communication, targeting over 50% conversion.
- Train and mentor new and existing therapy providers, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Follow up events to help build partnerships throughout the area.
- Actively engage in open discussions on enhancing processes for greater efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccinations and masking.
Ideal Candidate:
- Certified in Stretch Therapy
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing and building a stretch therapy practice, with a proven track record in client management and sales conversions.
- Demonstrated ability to train and manage other therapy providers, focusing on developing a high-performing team.
- Excellent documentation skills, emphasizing precision and attention to detail in charting client progress.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating clients and colleagues to achieve their best.
- A proactive team player, eager to take initiative and contribute to the practice's success.
We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $20-$26 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- In addition to the hourly rate, our competitive commission structure offers the potential to significantly increase your earnings, based on client package sales performance
