Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Utilize computer skills for various office management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle Insurance inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry and calendar management.
- Knowledge of computerized systems for office tasks.
- Experience in a medical office administrative setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
