Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish and a welcoming demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and scheduling
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Experience in project coordination is beneficial
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Proficient in clerical tasks and administrative duties
