Job Description
I. PURPOSE FOR POSITION
Is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all store level pricing systems. Is responsible for maintaining store level signage, tags, and pricing accuracy.
II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

III. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for new items put into all in-store systems
- Responsible for seeing that discontinued items are removed from the pricing systems
- Responsible for all price changes, to include both Warehouse and DSD product
- Responsible for monitoring Warehouse and DSD shelf allocation
- Responsible for pricing integrity among signage, shelf tags, and pricing systems
- Responsible for proofing weekly ad and ad price maintenance in all store pricing systems and supervising ad pricing accuracy and inventory adjustment reporting
- Responsible for weekly shelf verification and associated documentation
- Responsible for maintaining materials, tools, and equipment in proper working order
- Responsible for following company guidelines and policies for pricing, product authorization and security
- Responsible for completing any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

V. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
- The Pricing Coordinator reports to the Store Manager for supervision, problem solving, performance reviews, and salary administration.
- In absence of the Store Manger, the Pricing Coordinator reports to the Assistant Manager or Shift Manager on duty.
- All situations that have the potential to result in significant negative financial, legal, moral, or customer service impact are to be reported to the Store Manager or Zone Director.
