Job Summary
Signature Garage Doors is seeking a highly motivated and coachable individual to work as a Client Service Representative . We are a 5-star company and are looking to hire a 5-star person to join our team immediately for our Huntsville location. Training will be in the Shoals area for approximately 90 days. We are a service, sales, and installation company specializing in garage doors, garage door operators, gate operators, and other access control systems for residential and commercial applications.
The team member in this position is representing Shoals Overhead Door/Signature Garage Doors with over-the-phone and walk-in clients. You will collaborate and communicate with clients and team members in such a way as to provide great service while exceeding expectations. To do well in this position, you should have previous experience with customer service, sales, be detail oriented, thorough, organized, and patient.
This full-time position requires working Monday through Friday in office, at our new Huntsville location.
Duties and Responsibilities

Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and texts/chats in a timely and friendly manner in order to gain information and schedule jobs, provide information on products and services, take messages, or direct clients to appropriate team members
- Coordinate sales appointments with appropriate office staff
- In-person dealings with clients including transactions in our office
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Collect information from clients to manage and update the client database with complete and accurate information
- Run monthly sales reports and input data into appropriate spreadsheets
- Maintain inventory of parts at Huntsville location
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Train with Operations Manager on call handling and scheduling
- Sales opportunities available depending on performance, and growth in this position.

- Ability to stay calm, composed, empathetic, and professional, especially in emergency situations and with excited clients
- Strong active listening and professional phone contact handling skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to learn CRM and other websites/apps used by Signature Garage Doors
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects with a strong sense of urgency
- Basic math skills with experience in collecting client payments, data entry, record keeping, and computer operation
- Able to work independently and in a team environment, while representing the Signature Garage Doors’ Core Values (Care, Communication, Growth, Professionalism) and goals of the company
- Clean driving record required
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must take our DISC assessment provided during the interview process.
Compensation
-
Starting pay $16.00-$18.00 depending on experience.
- Potential for sales opportunity and commission based pay as the role and location grows.
- Driving bonus included during your time training in the Shoals area.
