The Assistant Store Manager helps supervise a store’s staff and operations. They work with the Store Manager to delegate tasks to store employees, manage personnel and training, and company initiatives from upper management. They also collaborate with the General Manager and teams to provide a welcoming, positive, and efficient experience to customers.
Assistant Manager Duties

Job Requirements
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 30 lbs
- Repetitive use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, reaching, and pulling items up to 30lbs
- Daily inventories to ensure par levels are maintained
- Cash handling and cash accountability
- Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with staff, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must have current Food Service Manager Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Assistant Manager experience preferred
Training pay will be $18/ hr
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
