Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
