About the Role:
- Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Negotiate and close deals, maximizing profitability while building lasting relationships in the industry.
- Brand and Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, including new products and merchandising techniques, to enhance visibility and sales potential.
- Resolve Customer and Dealer Complaints: Act as the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively.
Expected Outcomes:
Within 15 Days:
- Successfully integrate into the team; establish initial contact with key dealers and end-users..
- Begin managing customer relationships using our CRM platform, HubSpot.
- Complete initial product knowledge training and understand the company's sales processes.
Within 30 Days:
- Independently handle and resolve customer and dealer complaints.
- Perform your first quarterly sales presentation to dealers, demonstrating product knowledge and presentation skills.
- Begin to independently visit dealer showrooms to strengthen relationships and gather marketplace information.
Within 60 Days:
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and execution of brand management responsibilities.
- Regularly communicate with factory regionals to gather and share brand information.
- Show measurable progress in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, contributing significantly to revenue growth targets.
Need to Have:
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in food service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Location: Calls within the Denver Metro area ~80%. Trainings and industry events ~20%.
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the food service industry.
- Additional training or certifications in sales techniques.
Schedule:
- M-F 8am-5pm, in person with dealers and end-users.
Compensation:
- 60-70k + commission
