Established Fire Protection company in Round Rock, TX seeking a customer service representative and scheduling coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Schedule service calls and inspections for fire protection technicians
- Respond to customer email and phone inquiries
- Build customer relationships via phone and email conversations
- Confirm technicians have the correct parts for scheduled service work
- Order parts as needed for service technicians
- Keep work orders up to date
- Assist with submitting inspection reports to Government agencies
- Accurately enter customer information into company software
- Assist in answering phones and routing to correct department
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment, with emphasis on field service businesses
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively with a team in a small office setting
- Strong focus on attention to detail
- Professionalism in all aspects of the job
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of how to use MS Word and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced work environment
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
