We are a growing mid-size national property management company seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be energetic, flexible, detail-oriented, dependable, and a problem solver who is available after hours.
Position: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Phoenix
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Manage the CEO's professional and personal calendars.
Personal Assistance:
Run personal errands for the CEO, including banking, car maintenance, and scheduling personal appointments and vendors for his home.
Travel Coordination:
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including air, hotel, and car rentals for both commercial and private travel.
Provide detailed itineraries for all trips.
Experience working with Fixed-Base Operators (FBOs) is a plus.
General Office Duties:
Perform tasks such as typing, bookkeeping, managing correspondence flow, filing, copying, faxing, and project management.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare and coordinate meeting materials and activities for the CEO.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a corporate office environment.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Adaptability to change priorities on short notice and remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Compensation:
- 75,000-85,000 negotiable based on experience
