Join our dynamic team as a Mentor Coach, supporting our team of Preschool and Infant/Toddler Teachers to ensure exceptional educational services to children and families. Your role involves collaborating with teaching staff to enhance their practices and contribute to the overall success of our program.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing high-quality early education training programs.

Work closely with classroom staff to maintain curriculum standards.

Ensure a safe and enriching environment for children, indoors and outdoors.

Support staff in utilizing child assessment data to tailor learning experiences.

Foster community partnerships and collaborations.

Cultivate positive relationships with fellow coaches and consultants.

Maintain confidentiality and prioritize safety in all activities.
Bachelor’s degree in child development/early childhood education or related field.-
Three years of teaching and administrative experience in licensed childcare settings.

Valid Child Development Teacher Permit or higher from California’s Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).

Pediatric first aid and CPR certification.

Proficiency in using assessment data for coaching.

Familiarity with relevant educational tools and systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities.
Preferred:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
